  • 1 package Ideal Protein Tomato Soup

  • 3/4 cup riced cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper.

  • * Optional 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup of water

Directions

  • Microwave chopped vegetables, chopped tomato and liquid in a microwave safe dish for 4 minutes, until veg is soft.
  • Method 2 -Add all your liquid vegetables to a small pot and simmer.
  • Let the hot liquid and vegetables sit to cool for 30 – 60 seconds. Adding the soup right away to liquid that is too hot will cause separation.
  • Stir in the Tomato Soup until smooth.
