Add riced cauliflower, yeast, baking powder and sweetener to your bullet blender. Pulse until a finer texture is achieved, before it turns to puree.

Whisk egg in a mug. Add in cauliflower mixture.

Microwave for 2 minutes.

Let cool to room temperature. Enjoy.
