If you're a cheese lover, then this recipe is right up your alley! Indulge in a warm, cheesy soup and 'bread' combo.


  • 1 Ideal Protein Cheese Sauce
  • 1 – 2 cups steamed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • Cauliflower mug bun



  1. Steam or microwave vegetables until soft.
  2.  Mix broth and cheese sauce add water until desired thickness.
  3.  Add vegetables to cheese soup. Microwave for 1 minute until hot.
  4.  Serve with a Cauliflower Mug Bun
