3/4 cup riced cauliflower
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper.
* Optional 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup of water

- Microwave chopped vegetables, chopped tomato and liquid in a microwave safe dish for 4 minutes, until veg is soft.
