  • Ideal Protein Oatmeal package

  • 1/3 cup riced (pulsed) cauliflower

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Add riced cauliflower, almond milk and water to a saucepan.
  • Bring to boil, careful not to over boil.
  • Turn down heat, put a lid on pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add in package of oatmeal and cinnamon.
  • Stir and empty into bowl. Enjoy.
