Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Ideal Protein Cheese Omelet

  • 1/2 cup carton egg whites

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder,1/4 tsp cumin,1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 cup chopped peppers and tomatoes.

  • 1 Tablespoon chopped green pepper.

  • Pinch salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Spray 4 openings of a muffin tin.
  • Whisk Cheese Omelet mix with egg whites. Stir in chopped vegetables and spices.
  • Pour mixture into 4 muffin tins.
  • Bake for 13 – 15 minutes. (don’t overcook, should be slightly jiggly in the middle, will continue to set once cooled.)
