Ingredients
1 pkg Ideal Protein Cheese Omelet
1/2 cup carton egg whites
1/4 tsp onion powder,1/4 tsp cumin,1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup chopped peppers and tomatoes.
1 Tablespoon chopped green pepper.
Pinch salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 4 openings of a muffin tin.
- Whisk Cheese Omelet mix with egg whites. Stir in chopped vegetables and spices.
- Pour mixture into 4 muffin tins.
- Bake for 13 – 15 minutes. (don’t overcook, should be slightly jiggly in the middle, will continue to set once cooled.)
