Breakfast – Cherry Tofu Yogurt

High Protein Breakfast. Turn a plain block of tofu into 'Cherry Yogurt.'


  • 1 small block of soft tofu (300 grams)
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 -2 pkgs of Ideal Protein Cherry Water Enhancer



  1. Process the tofu and lemon juice in your food processor. Scrape down sides a couple of times and continue to blend until very smooth. 
  2. Add in 1 pkg of Cherry water enhancer. If you it is not sweet enough add another .5 – 1 package of cherry

This can be a breakfast or dessert option.  the whole package is equivalent to half of your daily whole protein.
