Berry Breakfast Yogurt – Phase 1

Not really yogurt, but it has the same creamy smooth texture.

Ingredients

  • I package Ideal Protein Berry Breakfast smoothie
  • 1/2 package soft tofu 4 oz

Instructions

Process tofu in food processor or blender until smooth. Add in Berry Breakfast smoothie and blend until smooth.

*Optional – add a squeeze of lemon in.
