Apple Oatmeal Waffle – Phase 1

One of our favorite options for breakfast. Oatmeal is known for having staying power. A gluten free waffle option that will keep you satisfied for hours.


  • I package Ideal Protein Apple or Maple Oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 tsp baking powder


Pre-heat your waffle maker to medium. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Press in your waffle maker. 

Serve with Ideal Protein Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
