• One package of chicken breast 7 or more breasts per package. 


  1. Pound each chicken breast with a rolling pin down to a uniform depth. This makes for faster and more even cooking.
  2. Weigh each breast and package in freezer ziplock bag.  Write the weight on each package. 

When dealing with raw chicken breasts, expect the weight to fall between 6.5 and 8.5 ounces per breast. If your chicken breast doesn’t have the days necessary protein, consider adding an extra egg to your meal plan.
