I know how to eat and what I should eat,  but it was easier to make poor choices.  I would eat a donut and have a coffee and that’s all I would eat all day. I wasn’t hungry but I was starving my body of nutrition.  My Ideal Protein Coach gave me easy options and made me prepare and stay accountable.

 I was eating more,  eating healthy and getting the vitamins my body craved.  The excess weight just melted away and now I have more energy.  Taking time to put myself and my health first was the priority.  It worked and I deserve it. 

For the first time in years I have a picture of me that I don’t cringe at.
