Why Michelle is winning

  • She meal preps (and in her words it’s easy)
  • She doesn’t leave food decisions to the last minute.
  • She eats her meals on time.
  • She journals her food every day
  • She shows up to all her appointments and weighs-in every week.

She chose to take her life + health seriously and her health is transforming. Since she started, her medications continue to drop.

She has gained:

  • energy
  • self-trust

And she has NOT missed out socially. This is the part most women need to hear. In Michelle’s own words:

“I have not missed anything. I bring my IP nachos or snacks to social events. I have water or zero calorie beverages — and no one knows I’m not drinking.” That one sentence demonstrates what so many women never realize:

An even more incredible detail is that Michelle is away from Canada for two months; she stocked up on her Ideal Protein products and brought enough food to last her through this period. The only adjustment in her routine is that we now communicate via text and use Zoom for her appointments.
